For couriers, trades & service businesses
Van Signage Perth
A panel van is the biggest ad space you already own. Decals, partial and full van wraps - designed around how panels get read in traffic, and installed in Osborne Park.
- Design, print & install under one roof
- 10+ vehicles through the bay weekly
- Fleet branding matched to spec
Panel maths
A van is four ads driving in formation.
Each panel gets read by a different audience at a different speed. Hover the numbers (or read below) to see what belongs where - and why.
- 1
Side panels - the billboard
The flat side of a panel van is prime ad real estate. Brand first, services second, number last - placed in the order a passing driver actually reads.
- 2
Rear quarter - the closer
The panel that turns a glance into recall as you pass. Strong graphic, minimal words - it hands the reader to the side panel.
- 3
Bonnet & nose - face of the fleet
What oncoming traffic and rear-view mirrors see. A clean logo here identifies the van long before the side panel is readable.
- 4
Glass line - kept working, kept legal
Window space can carry services lists or stay clear - we design around driver visibility, not over it.
Part of the vehicle branding family - running utes as well? See ute branding. Five or more vehicles? Fleet branding is its own discipline.
Coverage levels
Decals, partial or full wrap - what does your van actually need?
Coverage should follow the job the van does, not the biggest invoice. Here's how the three levels compare on a panel van.
Decals & cut graphics
Hours, not daysLogo, services and contact details applied to the factory paint - doors, sides and rear.
Best for: Leased vans, new businesses, tight budgets - clear identification without wrapping panels.
Partial wrap
A day or twoPrinted graphics across the side and rear panels, blended into the factory colour.
Best for: The courier and trades sweet spot - billboard sides and a branded rear without full coverage.
Full wrap
Two to three daysEvery visible panel wrapped in printed film - colour, graphics and messaging with no compromises.
Best for: Vans that ARE the brand - maximum impact, and the factory paint protected underneath.
Exact coverage and timing are confirmed in your itemised quote - and if decals do the job, we'll say so.
Fleet matching
New van, existing fleet? We match it to the millimetre.
One of our recent jobs: a security business running branded vans across several states needed its new Perth LDV G10 to match the fleet exactly - printed rear-quarter graphics, side logo placements, a colour-matched roof section and spot graphics over doors and rear panels. We built it from their fleet spec so the van slotted into the brand like it had always been there. That spec now lives on file - the next van is a re-order, not a re-design.
-
Spec on file. Colours, placements and panel maps documented, so every future van matches.
-
Interstate consistency. We work from your existing fleet guidelines - the Perth van matches the Sydney one.
-
Panel-accurate templates. Artwork built on your exact model's template before anything is printed.
How it works
Four steps from logo to on the route.
Design, print, lamination and install all happen in the one Osborne Park workshop.
- 01
Tell us the run
What the van does, where it parks, lease or owned - and any existing fleet branding to match.
- 02
Design on your template
Artwork built on your exact van model's panel map - you approve the van, not a mock-up.
- 03
Print & laminate
Printed in-house on cast film, laminated for UV and wash-bay life.
- 04
Install & handover
Fitted panel by panel in a controlled bay, then a walkaround and care rundown at pickup.
Pricing
What van signage costs.
Two honest starting points - panel coverage and design complexity decide where your van lands between them.
Partial van wrap
from $1,990
- Side panels + rear doors
- Cut vinyl + printed panels
- Design proofed on your van's template
Full van wrap
Most popularfrom $4,990
- Every panel working for the brand
- The moving-billboard treatment
- Design, print and install in-house
Guide figures for budgeting only - every job is quoted itemised and in writing after we've seen the vehicle or photos, and your quote confirms GST treatment.

Van signage - your questions answered.
What's better for a work van - decals, a partial wrap or a full wrap? +
It depends what the van does. Decals identify a leased or budget van cheaply. A partial wrap gives couriers and trades billboard sides without full coverage. A full wrap suits vans whose whole job is being seen. We'll spec the level honestly - most vans don't need the most expensive option.
What should go on each panel of a work van? +
Sides carry the story: brand, services, number - in the order a passing driver reads. The rear carries the traffic-jam message, because the car behind stares at it. The bonnet identifies you head-on. Windows stay legible and legal. Design that respects that reading order out-performs a van covered in everything, everywhere.
How much does van signage cost in Perth? +
Coverage drives the price - decals cost a fraction of a full wrap. Rather than quote a number that's wrong in both directions, our car branding cost guide explains exactly what moves the price, and your itemised quote puts it in writing. Read the car branding cost guide β
How long does a van wrap take to install? +
Decals are usually hours; partial wraps a day or two; full wraps two to three days including prep and QA. Because design, print and install all happen in our Osborne Park workshop, the timeline in your quote is the real one - no waiting on third-party printers.
Can you match my existing fleet branding on a new van? +
Yes - fleet matching is a core job for us. We work from your existing spec or measure it off a current vehicle, build the artwork on the new van's template, and hold colour as closely as print and vinyl allow. The spec then stays on file for the van after that.
Does van signage come off at end of lease? +
Yes. Quality cast film removed properly leaves healthy factory paint as it was - which is exactly why leased vans get wrapped rather than painted. Check your lease terms, and we can walk your fleet or finance company through the removal process if they need convincing.
How long does van signage last outdoors in Perth? +
Quality cast vinyl laminated for UV handles Perth sun for years with normal care - actual life depends on exposure, washing and where the van sleeps. Film and workmanship warranties are confirmed in writing with your quote, so the expectation is set before we start.
