Why mine-spec is different
This isn't branding - it's getting a vehicle ready for site.
Mine-spec signage answers to safety and site requirements, not marketing. The priorities are different, so the way we work is too.
Every site is different
Requirements vary by operator and site - there's no single standard. The job is to deliver exactly what your site nominates, not a generic kit.
Deadlines are fixed
A vehicle that isn't compliant doesn't go to site. Mobilisation dates don't move, so the signage has to be ready on time.
Visibility is safety
High-visibility livery and reflective markings exist to keep people safe around moving plant and light vehicles - they have to be right.
Fleets keep changing
Hire vehicles, replacements and new starters cycle through constantly. Each one needs the same spec applied, fast.
What we fit
Everything a vehicle needs to be site-ready.
We fit the signage and markings your site nominates. The exact scope is always confirmed against your site's requirements.
High-visibility livery
High-vis colours and panels applied to your nominated layout so light vehicles are seen on site.
Reflective markings & tape
Reflective tape and markings positioned to your site's requirements - class and placement follow the documents your site supplies, not guesswork.
Vehicle ID & fleet numbers
Asset numbers, fleet IDs and unit markings applied consistently and legibly across the fleet.
Flags, whips & safety decals
Safety decals fitted as nominated, plus mounting points for flags and whips where the spec calls for them - supply-versus-fit is confirmed line by line in your quote.
Dust & UV-durable materials
Cast films and laminates selected to hold up to dust, heat and UV in WA mining conditions - the same materials logic our fleet work runs on.
Removable & re-applicable
Signage that can be removed at de-mob and re-applied or replaced as the fleet changes.
Built to your spec
You bring the site's requirements. We deliver exactly that.
Site requirements vary by operator and change over time, so we don't apply a generic kit or claim to set the standard. We fit precisely what your site nominates - and check the vehicle against it before it leaves.
- You provide the site's signage and livery requirements - we build exactly to that nominated spec.
- We don't guess at standards: where a site references reflective or visibility requirements, we fit to the layout and materials your documents confirm.
- Mine-spec kits come through this workshop constantly, so the patterns are familiar - but familiarity never substitutes for the spec. Your current site documents are always the source of truth.
- We document the spec we applied so incoming and replacement vehicles can be done the same way.
Your current site documents are the source of truth. We apply the signage and markings you confirm. We don't certify compliance with any particular operator's standard - that sign-off stays with your site. [VERIFY: how site sign-off is handled]
Beyond the light vehicles
If it moves on site, it can be marked to spec.
Utes and light vehicles are the volume, but the same discipline covers plant and equipment - forklifts, trailers and support gear marked for identification and safety in the same kit language as the vehicles parked beside them. One spec, one look, one supplier to chase when the fleet grows.
Rebranding the commercial fleet at the same time? That's its own program - see fleet branding - and the two jobs can run through the bay together.

Made to last on site
Red dust, heat and UV don't get a say.
Built for WA conditions
Red dust, heat and relentless UV are hard on signage. We choose materials made to last in that environment, and the material warranty goes in writing with your quote.
Legible when it matters
Markings and IDs are applied so they stay readable through dust and wear, not just on day one.
Maintainable
Damaged panels and markings can usually be replaced individually without redoing the whole vehicle.
Mobilisation
From spec to site-ready, on deadline.
The process is built around your mobilisation date - send the spec, we handle the rest.
- 01
Send the spec
You share the site's signage, livery and ID requirements and the mobilisation deadline.
- 02
Confirm the kit
We confirm the materials, markings and layout to your nominated spec and quote the job.
- 03
Book the vehicle
We schedule the fit around your mobilisation date - single vehicle or a batch.
- 04
Fit & check
Signage and markings are applied to spec and checked against your requirements before it leaves.
- 05
Spec on file
We document the spec so incoming, hire and replacement vehicles get the same treatment, fast.

Mine-spec vehicle signage - your questions answered.
Do you do mine-spec vehicle signage to site requirements? +
Yes. We fit high-visibility livery, reflective markings, vehicle identification and safety decals to the specification your site nominates. You supply the site's requirements and we build exactly to that - we don't apply a generic kit.
Do you guarantee compliance with a particular mine site's standards? +
We execute to the signage and livery specification you provide. Site requirements vary by operator and change over time, so your current site documents are always the source of truth - we apply exactly what they nominate and check the vehicle against it before it leaves. Your site signs off compliance; we make passing that sign-off straightforward.
Can you meet a mobilisation deadline? +
That's the norm for this work - a vehicle that isn't ready doesn't go to site. Tell us the mobilisation date and we schedule the fit around it - the date you get at booking is one we treat as fixed.
What reflective and high-visibility materials do you use? +
We use reflective tape and high-visibility vinyls suited to the markings your site nominates and to WA conditions. The exact products and placement follow your site's requirements, and both are confirmed in your quote before anything is fitted.
Can you do a whole fleet, including hire and replacement vehicles? +
Yes. We document the spec once and apply it consistently to incoming, hire and replacement vehicles, so every unit matches and turnaround stays quick.
Will the signage survive dust, heat and UV on site? +
We select materials made to handle dust, heat and UV in WA mining environments, and apply markings so they stay legible through wear. Actual life depends on conditions and washing; material warranties are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Can the signage be removed at de-mobilisation? +
Quality signage can generally be removed at de-mob and the vehicle re-applied or returned to standard, subject to the material and how long it's been on. We'll advise per job.
Do you supply flags, buggy whips and safety accessories, or just signage? +
We fit signage and safety decals to your nominated spec, and can fit mounting points for flags and whips. Which accessories we supply and which the site issues is confirmed line by line in your quote.
How is mine-spec signage different from normal fleet branding? +
Fleet branding is about brand consistency and presence. Mine-spec is about meeting a site's safety and identification requirements - high-vis, reflective and ID-driven rather than marketing-driven. The two can be combined on the same vehicle.
