How it works
What working with us actually looks like.
Five easy steps. No pushy sales, just old-school service from people who care about your car and how it leaves the shop.
01Enquiry
What you experience
Tell us about your vehicle and what you're after - colour change, protection, branding or all three. Send photos if you have them. You'll get a quick, straight reply from someone who actually works on the cars, not a call-centre script. No pressure, no hard sell, no endless follow-up calls.
Behind the scenes
Your enquiry is logged against your vehicle's make, model and goals so the right installer sees it from the start. If photos come through we look at panel condition early - it sharpens the advice and catches surprises before they cost you time or money.
The more you tell us up front - condition, deadline, budget - the sharper the first quote.
02Advice & quote
What you experience
Honest options for your budget - including the option to skip something if it isn't worth doing on your vehicle. You get a clear, itemised quote in writing: film, coverage, labour and timeline, with nothing hiding in the fine print. What we quote is what you pay.
Behind the scenes
We spec the exact film and material for your panels, estimate install hours against comparable jobs we've done, and lock the price before you commit. If a panel needs extra prep or a respray first, you hear it now - not as a variation later.
Quotes are itemised - if you need to trim scope to fit a budget, we'll show you where.
03Visit / touch & feel
What you experience
Come into the Osborne Park workshop, feel real film samples on real panels and see finished vehicles up close before you commit. Colours and finishes read differently in person than on a screen. And if you're weighing up a colour, we'll fit a sample on your car so you can drive away and live with it for a few days before you decide.
Behind the scenes
We match colour, finish and coverage against your actual vehicle, check trim, edges and known problem panels, and confirm the plan while you're standing next to the car. Anything unusual gets flagged and priced on the spot, not discovered mid-install.
Bring the vehicle if you can - the best advice happens next to the car.
04Workshop process
What you experience
Your vehicle goes into a controlled, dust-managed bay - not a driveway or a carpark. You get realistic timing up front and an update if anything changes while we work. The car stays inside and secure until you collect it.
Behind the scenes
Decontamination, prep, precision install. Panels are cleaned and decontaminated, edges wrapped or tucked to spec, and the film worked at controlled temperature. Prep is the part nobody sees - and the reason the finish lasts - so it gets the most hours of the job.
Most jobs are days, not weeks - the timeline in your quote is the real one.
05QA & handover
What you experience
A full walkthrough of the finished work, panel by panel, before you drive away. You leave with a care guide covering the first wash, the first weeks and long-term upkeep - and a direct line back to the workshop if anything ever needs a look.
Behind the scenes
Final inspection against our checklist under proper lighting, then warranty details registered to your vehicle. If something isn't right by our standard, it doesn't leave the shop - we fix it first and tell you why it took the extra day.
Keep the care guide - it's the difference between good at pickup and good in three years.

How much does a wrap or PPF job cost? +
It depends on three things: the vehicle, the film and how much of it we're covering. A small hatch in a standard gloss colour and a long-wheelbase van in a premium satin are very different jobs, and partial coverage is priced differently again. That's why we quote per vehicle instead of publishing one-size-fits-all prices. The fastest way to a real number is a quick quote with a few photos of your car. If you'd rather understand what drives the price first, our pricing guide breaks down where the money actually goes: film grade, prep time and the labour in the tricky panels.
How long does the work take? +
Most colour changes and full PPF installs are around five days in the workshop. It really does depend on the job though: a partial PPF package or a small set of decals can be same-day, while a complex build can run to two weeks. Fleet work is scheduled in stages around your operations, so a multi-vehicle rollout is planned vehicle by vehicle rather than off one clock. Whatever the job, we define the timeline clearly when you request a quote or visit the workshop, and if anything changes while we work, you hear about it straight away.
Is a colour change wrap reversible? +
Yes. Installed correctly on factory paint, a quality colour change wrap is fully removable, and the car goes back to its original colour. One thing worth being clear about: a colour change wrap is a cosmetic film, not a protection film. It sits on top of the paint to change the look, and protection is PPF's job. If you want the new colour and genuine rock-chip protection in one, coloured PPF does both, and we'll tell you straight which one actually suits what you're after.
Do you do commercial fleets? +
We do, from a single ute to a full fleet, including mine-spec signage and reflective livery to site standards. Fleet scheduling is built around keeping your vehicles earning: we stage the work so you're never off the road all at once, and repeat rollouts run off a locked template so vehicle twenty matches vehicle one. Everything runs through the one Osborne Park workshop, which is what keeps a multi-vehicle program consistent from the first cab to the last.
Where are you located? +
The workshop is in Osborne Park, centrally located with easy freeway access from anywhere in the Perth metro area. Jobs are done in our controlled workshop bays, with managed dust, managed temperature and proper lighting for quality control, which is where film installation belongs. Best of all, you're welcome to come in before you book: see the current jobs in the bays, feel film samples on real panels and talk directly to the people who'll be doing the work.
Will a wrap damage my paint? +
On healthy factory paint, no. Quality film that's removed within its warranty period, and looked after while it's on the car, comes off cleanly. The honest caveats: resprayed or already-failing paint can lift when any film comes off, which is why we check your panels before we quote, not after. And a wrap that's neglected or left on well past its service life can be harder on the surface underneath. Keep up the basic care and have it removed on time, and the paint comes out preserved, not punished.
Can I wash a wrapped car? +
Yes. Hand washing with a pH-neutral car shampoo is the way to go. Skip brush car washes, and keep high-pressure nozzles well back from the film edges. Beyond that, a wrapped car is no harder to live with than a painted one, and every job leaves the workshop with a written care guide. The full routine, including first-wash timing and what to do when something nasty lands on the film, is in our washing and maintenance guide.
Is it cheaper to wrap or paint? +
Honestly, the two aren't comparable: they're different products for different needs. A colour change film is a cosmetic layer for a car with good paint, usually newer, that you want in a different colour for the next few years, and it's reversible. It won't remedy a damaged surface, and it isn't protection. A respray is permanent and exists to repair or restore paint as much as to change it, and done properly it's a bigger job than most people expect. So the real question isn't which is cheaper, it's which one your car actually needs. Good paint and a new look: wrap. Damaged paint or a forever change: paint shop.
