The challenge

Branding one vehicle is easy. Branding a fleet - and keeping it that way - isn't.

A consistent fleet is one of the strongest brand assets a business owns. Getting there means solving problems a single wrap never has to.

Vehicles that don't match

Different models, different ages, branding applied piecemeal over the years - the fleet looks inconsistent and the brand pays for it.

Downtime is expensive

Every vehicle off the road is lost productivity. Branding a fleet can't mean parking it for a week.

Coordinating across sites & depots

Vehicles spread across locations and rosters make a single install date impossible.

Keeping new vehicles on-brand

Replacements and additions trickle in all year. Without a set spec, each one is a fresh negotiation and a fresh risk of drift.

What we handle

Built for fleets, not just bigger orders.

Fleet work is a different discipline to a single wrap. Here's what running a fleet program with us actually covers.

Consistency across mixed models

We template the design per model so a ute, a van and a truck all read as the same brand - same colours, same placement logic, same standard.

Scheduling & downtime management

We plan installs around your operations - batching vehicles, working to your availability and turning each one around as tightly as the job allows.

Staged rollouts & multi-site coordination

Large fleets roll out in planned stages across depots and rosters, so the fleet keeps running while it gets rebranded.

Replacements & future additions

Your approved design stays on file. New and replacement vehicles get the same spec applied - no re-design, no drift, no guesswork.

Brand guidelines, colour control & QC

We work to your brand guidelines, hold colour as closely as print and vinyl allow, and inspect every vehicle to the same standard before handover.

The rollout

A fleet program that keeps the fleet running.

From audit to re-order, the process is built to brand many vehicles to one standard with minimal disruption.

  1. 01

    Fleet audit

We catalogue the vehicles - makes, models, conditions - and confirm the brand assets and guidelines to work from.

  2. 02

    Design & template

Our designers create the layout and template it per model so every vehicle type is covered before anything is printed.

  3. 03

    Pilot & approve

We brand a first vehicle as the reference standard, you sign it off, and it becomes the benchmark for the run.

  4. 04

    Staged install

Vehicles are batched and installed in planned stages to keep downtime and disruption to a minimum.

  5. 05

    Spec on file & re-order

The approved spec is documented so replacements and new vehicles are quick, consistent and easy to re-order.

Who we work with

Fleets of every kind, across Perth and WA.

Corporate fleets

Reps' cars, service vans and pool vehicles kept consistent across the country or just across town.

Government & council fleets

Clear identification, accessible design and consistent livery across departments and vehicle types.

Trade & service fleets

Plumbers, electricians, builders and contractors running multiple vehicles that all need to look the part.

Heading to a mine site? High-visibility livery, reflective markings and site-specific identification are a distinct job - see mine-spec vehicle signage.

Only running a vehicle or two? Single work vehicles have their own pages - ute branding and van signage.

Fleet work

Fleets we've branded for WA businesses.

Real vehicles, real programs - each one templated, piloted and rolled out to a standard the next vehicle has to match.

Community fleet vehicles branded to a consistent look by Vinyl Wrapz

01 Community fleet

One look across every vehicle.

A community organisation's people-movers branded to a single design system - same colours, same layout logic, same standard on every panel. Templated per model, printed and laminated in-house, and fitted in stages so the fleet never sat idle.

Passenger bus wrapped in a full-colour design by Vinyl Wrapz

02 Large format

Full-colour coverage, bumper to bumper.

A full printed wrap across a passenger bus - large-format panels matched through doors, hatches and body curves so the artwork reads as one unbroken design from every angle. Big canvases punish sloppy alignment; this is where panel discipline shows.

Trade fleet ute with consistent branding by Vinyl Wrapz

03 Trade fleet

The workhorse that does the advertising.

Partial wrap on a working ute - bold cab and tray branding over factory paint, tough enough for site life. The spec lives on file, so when the next ute joins the fleet it comes out of the bay identical to this one.

Forklift fleet marked up for site identification by Vinyl Wrapz

04 Plant & equipment

Branding that goes beyond the road.

Fleet identity doesn't stop at registered vehicles - forklifts and plant marked up for identification and safety, in the same livery language as the trucks parked beside them. One brand, everywhere your gear goes.

FAQ

Fleet branding - your questions answered.

Can you keep a fleet of different makes and models looking consistent? +

Yes - that's the core of fleet branding. We template the design per model so the same brand reads consistently whether it's on a ute, a van, a truck or a car, even across different ages and body shapes.

How do you minimise vehicle downtime across a fleet? +

We plan the rollout around your operations - batching vehicles, working to your availability and scheduling installs in stages so the fleet keeps running. Turnaround per vehicle depends on the branding level; we give you realistic timings up front.

Can you roll out a large fleet in stages? +

Yes. Large fleets are best done in planned stages across depots and rosters. We coordinate the schedule so vehicles are branded in batches without grinding operations to a halt.

What happens when we add or replace a vehicle later? +

Your approved design and spec stay on file. When a new or replacement vehicle arrives, we apply the same spec - no re-design and no drift, so the fleet stays consistent over time.

Do you work to our brand guidelines and colours? +

Yes. We design to your brand guidelines and hold your colours as closely as the print and vinyl process allows, showing you proofs before printing. We'll flag any colour that sits outside what print or stock vinyl can reproduce exactly.

How do you keep quality consistent across every vehicle? +

We brand a pilot vehicle as the reference standard, you approve it, and every subsequent vehicle is installed and inspected to match it before handover.

Can you handle mine-spec or high-visibility fleet requirements? +

Yes, but that's a distinct job with site-specific requirements - reflective markings, high-visibility livery and fleet identification. It has its own page; we'll point you there or handle both together.

Do you offer fleet pricing? +

Fleet work is quoted per program based on the vehicles, the branding level and the rollout. Doing multiple vehicles to one spec is more efficient than one-offs; we'll set that out clearly in your quote.

Can the branding be removed or updated if we rebrand? +

Quality cast vinyl is designed to be removed cleanly from sound paint and updated when you rebrand. That makes a wrap a flexible choice for fleets whose branding evolves.

How long does fleet branding last? +

Quality cast vinyl is built to last several years in WA conditions with normal care; actual life depends on exposure, washing and storage - and the film's manufacturer warranty is confirmed in writing with your quote.
