Every job that leaves the workshop is backed three ways - our guarantee, our workmanship warranty, and the film manufacturer's warranty on the product itself.

If you're not happy with the work, we make it right. Simple as that - it's how a solo-owned workshop keeps a 5-star record.
12-month workmanship warranty
Our installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months - edges, seams, finishing and application. If a workmanship fault shows up, we fix it.
The manufacturer's warranty on top
The film itself carries its manufacturer's product warranty - cover and duration depend on the product you choose, and it's confirmed in writing with your quote.
How the three layers work together
The manufacturer stands behind the film - things like the material's finish and durability characteristics, per the product's published warranty terms. We stand behind everything we did with it: the preparation, the application and the finishing, warranted for 12 months. And over both sits our customer guarantee - if the result isn't right, talk to us and we'll make it right.
What's confirmed with your quote
Warranty cover differs between films and products, so the specifics for your job - the product's warranty duration, what it covers, and any care conditions that keep it valid - are confirmed in writing with your itemised quote. Nothing is left to interpretation later.
Making a claim
Get in touch - phone or email, with photos if you can - and we'll assess it promptly. Workmanship issues are handled directly by the workshop; product faults are handled with the manufacturer on your behalf. Contact details are below.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under those consumer guarantees - it sits alongside them.
